Purchasing Manager – Global Sourcing & Strategy. Ready to step into a role where you set the strategy, shape supplier partnerships, and influence global decisions? This is your chance to take full ownership of a purchasing function with a respected UK manufacturer supplying OE-quality automotive components to over 70 countries.

Job Responsibility:

Shaping the global sourcing strategy
Leading supplier negotiations
Developing long-term supplier relationships across Europe and Asia
Driving new product sourcing and supplier onboarding
Improving purchasing performance and processes

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing or supply chain within manufacturing, engineering, or automotive
Enjoys negotiating, influencing, and building supplier relationships
Can interpret technical drawings/specifications (or is comfortable learning)
Wants strategic responsibility, not just transactional purchasing
Is commercially sharp, analytical, and confident engaging at all levels
