Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, conducting periodic performance evaluations and promoting continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all activities are aligned with ethical principles and corporate guidelines, promoting integrity, compliance, and sustainability in supplier relationships
  • Participate in and support audits
  • Time, Cost, and Quality
  • balance and continuously advance these three critical factors, ensuring deliveries within established deadlines, with the best cost-benefit ratio and required quality standards
  • Act as a liaison between internal areas (planning, production, finance, logistics, etc.) and suppliers, ensuring alignment, transparency, and agility in processes
  • Coordinate activities related to import, including international negotiation, analysis of logistics costs, documentation, customs compliance, and monitoring of deadlines
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risks
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, promoting operational efficiency and innovation in the purchasing area
  • Lead, develop, and engage a team, promoting high performance, strategic alignment, and a results-oriented culture. Define goals, monitor performance, and encourage the continuous development of employees.

Requirements:

  • Fluent or "Advanced" English
  • Team leadership skills
  • Desirable technical knowledge in the Industrial area of Capital Goods, Machinery, and Equipment
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP, Power BI, etc.
