Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing, Inventory & Logistics Manager to join a leading retail company. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations — from supplier sourcing and purchasing to warehouse logistics and in-store product presentation.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee full warehouse operations, including organization, supervision, and workflow management
  • Ensure proper storage systems and efficient handling of goods
  • Monitor unloading, receiving, and storage processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage computerized inventory systems, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Set and control minimum and maximum inventory levels
  • Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations across warehouses and sales floors
  • Source and evaluate new suppliers aligned with company needs
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing suppliers
  • Conduct negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements
  • Record delivery notes, invoices, and supplier transactions in the system
  • Monitor compliance with commercial terms and purchasing agreements
  • Analyze product profitability and gross margins
  • Support pricing decisions and promotional planning to boost sales performance
  • Supervise merchandisers and warehouse teams
  • Assign daily tasks and ensure execution of operational plans
  • Define and implement planograms (shelf layout and product display) to enhance customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse logistics in retail/trade (required)
  • Strong organizational and operational control skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and multitask effectively
  • Solid commercial understanding and data analysis capabilities
  • Languages required: Arabic, English, and Hebrew (fluent Hebrew is mandatory)
