Job Description:

Purchasing Coordinator position at Cairo Marriott Hotel & Omar Khayyam Casino responsible for food inventory calculations, record maintenance, invoice processing, inventory audits, and supply requisition management while ensuring food safety compliance and vendor delivery coordination.

Job Responsibility:

Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs
Maintain clear and organized records
Post invoices using computer programs
Conduct inventory audits
Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Verify and track received inventory
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
Receive, unload, and process deliveries
Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items
Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues
Adhere to food safety and handling policies
Monitor PAR levels for all food items

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
