Purchasing Coordinator

• Manage schedules, records, and reports to track materials throughout the production cycle and ensure resource availability
• Perform system transactions to support the receipt, storage, and transfer of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and generate tracking reports, while performing necessary data entry
• Act as a liaison between the Planning Manager and Operations Manager to ensure proper execution of scheduling systems
• Communicate with vendors to address and resolve late purchase orders
• Oversee daily job scheduling and conduct regular reviews of the Kanban board
• Gain proficiency in inventory management software to generate monthly usage updates
• Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate and efficient scheduling processes

• Working toward college degree (Senior Level) OR holds a degree in Business, Engineering, or Materials Management
• Analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and automation opportunities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with customers

• Understanding of electronic processing
• Certification in supply chain management preferred
