Job Responsibility:

  • Timely and accurate processing of various internal customer requirements
  • Demand process, comparison of offers, price negotiation
  • Bundling, maintaining and updating electronic catalogues
  • Creating orders, timely and accurate processing of order requests
  • Correction of price differences between invoiced amounts and contracts (orders)
  • Preparation of documents for negotiations and other projects
  • Documentation, data maintenance, document archiving in database and purchasing systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree related field
  • Experience in the same position or similar
  • Knowledge in Excel & SAP
  • Advanced English (required)
  • Experience in customer service and basic negotiation
