Job Description:

The job involves managing food inventory levels, maintaining organized records, processing invoices, receiving deliveries, and adhering to food safety guidelines. The role is focused on ensuring proper stock levels, troubleshooting vendor issues, and maintaining a high standard of operation.

Job Responsibility:

Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs
Maintain clear and organized records
Post invoices using computer programs
Conduct inventory audits
Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies
Notify manager of low stock levels
Verify and track received inventory
Complete inventory reports and logs
Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports
Receive, unload, and process deliveries
Oversee return process
Adhere to food safety policies
Monitor PAR levels for all food items

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification
