Job Description

What will you be doing? Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP S/4HANA in line with company policies and project requirements, Convert approved purchase requisitions into accurate and timely POs, Ensure completeness and accuracy of PO data, including pricing, quantities, delivery dates, and supplier details, Interface daily with buyers and project supply chain teams in the Houston office to align on procurement priorities and resolve queries, Support Houston-based buyers in executing procurement strategies and meeting project deadlines, Monitor PO status and follow up on approvals to ensure timely issuance, Assist with supplier communication regarding order confirmations and clarifications, Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities, Support resolution of discrepancies related to invoices, deliveries, or PO mismatches, Contribute to continuous improvement and data quality initiatives within S4.
