Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Purchasing Assistant to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Chasing suppliers for delivery dates
Checking supplier’s order confirmations
Updating supplier information onto the Company database
Answering delivery enquiries from other departments in the business
General administration associated with purchasing
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Purchasing/Admin role
Computer literacy, including experience of in-house computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
A team player with excellent communication skills
To be highly organised and efficient
The ability to work accurately to deadlines
