Requirements:
High school graduate plus two years of technical school or junior college with three years of office experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires familiarity with computer software applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
Requires working knowledge of Massachusetts General Laws as they pertain to municipal finance, municipal bidding and purchasing
Must be detail-oriented to ensure the meeting of contract deadlines
Effective customer service and communication skills are required to address a wide-ranging public audience in person and in writing
