Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Purchasing Analyst to join our client's team and take ownership of regional purchasing processes. If you are proficient in SAP, have a proactive mindset, and want to drive supply chain efficiency, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • coordinate SP purchasing processes in area (region): maintain and monitor dashboards and reports, SAP transactions, organize collaboration with factories, internal customers and suppliers to ensure that all KPIs are met
  • coordinate and control the work of back office (third party service provider) to ensure effective transactional workflow in strict accordance with set standards and service level agreements
  • be single point of contact for factories of the region for Spare Parts purchasing
  • coordinate work of OEMs and suppliers: follow up on orders for delivery, customer claims on products quantity and/or delivery terms, manage price discrepancies via SAP invoice approval

Requirements:

  • knowledge of SAP/Excel to manage and analyze data effectively
  • strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • very good communication skills
  • proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • good english knowledge both written and verbal
