Job Description:

In this role, you will develop full proficiency in a range of tools and processes through job-related training and on-the-job experience. You will need to be able to apply knowledge of tools and processes to perform a range of work assignments. You need to understand how multiple teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve objectives and be able to explain complex technical information to members of your own team and other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage tactical sourcing activities, data management, special projects, and client service
  • Create value by providing fast, accurate implementation of tactical sourcing activities
  • Work within defined processes and procedures and determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
  • Provide solutions to operational or analytical problems using established procedures
  • Serve as informal resource for less experienced team members
  • Utilize Oracle Transportation Management System, SAP, VIP, Zycus to perform pricing, rate validation and accessorial implementation
  • Enter new and/or updated contract agreements and vendor codes in SAP
  • Work with data and upload accurately and timely into the system
  • Utilize visualization tools like Power BI
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data disconnects between suppliers and systems

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience
