In this role, you will develop full proficiency in a range of tools and processes through job-related training and on-the-job experience. You will need to be able to apply knowledge of tools and processes to perform a range of work assignments. You need to understand how multiple teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve objectives and be able to explain complex technical information to members of your own team and other teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manages tactical sourcing activities sourcing, data management, special projects, and client service
  • Creates value by providing fast, accurate, implementation of tactical sourcing activities
  • Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and determines the appropriate approach for new assignments
  • Is responsible to provide solutions to operational or analytical problems using established procedures and practices
  • Will serve as informal resource on analytical, scientific method, or operational processes for less experienced team members
  • Duties include projects, tasks, and activities include utilizing Oracle Transportation Management System, SAP, VIP, Zycus to perform pricing, rate validation and accessorial implementation
  • Provides the needed information and enters new and/or updated contract agreements and vendor codes in SAP
  • Works with data and upload accurately and timely into the system
  • Utilizes visualization tools like Power BI to expedite their work process
  • Analyzes and troubleshoots data disconnects between the Suppliers and Systems, which impact the end-to-end process
