Job Description:

The job involves calculating figures for food inventories, maintaining organized records, posting invoices, conducting inventory audits, managing requisitions, verifying and tracking inventory, reconciling shipping reports, processing deliveries, and adhering to food safety policies. Key responsibilities also include reporting accidents, maintaining confidentiality, supporting team goals, and performing various physical tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs
Maintain clear and organized records for reports and invoices
Post invoices via computer programs
Conduct inventory audits
Complete requisition forms
Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels
Verify and track received inventory
Reconcile shipping invoices and reports
Process deliveries and oversee return processes
Adhere to food safety and handling policies
Monitor PAR levels
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Enter work-related information using computer systems
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects within weight restrictions
Perform other job duties requested by supervisors

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
