Job Description:

Contribute to strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, compliance, and procurement strategies. Build mutually beneficial partnerships while optimizing costs and driving performance.

Job Responsibility:

Contributing to the implementation of the Strategic Sourcing agenda
Executing sourcing projects according to the Source-to-Pay process and SAP Ariba
Collaborating with colleagues across departments
Using negotiation skills to optimize and drive out costs
Ensuring compliance through IWAY and the Code of Conduct
Monitoring supplier market trends
Implementing and communicating procurement strategies
Ensuring added value and relevant solutions to meet customers' needs

Requirements:

Strong drive and commitment to deliver better products and services
3-5 years of experience from a multinational company working in cross-functional teams
Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana
Strong knowledge in sourcing and procurement practices and related processes, including strong negotiation skills, financial knowledge, legal knowledge, and supplier management and supplier development knowledge
Good knowledge of project management methods and processes
Knowledge of cost drivers, value chain, and market-specific conditions for category
Ability to zoom into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Good knowledge of IKEA business model, strategic landscape, and IKEA ways of working
