• Contributing to the implementation of the Strategic Sourcing agenda
• Executing sourcing projects according to the Source-to-Pay process and SAP Ariba
• Delivering business priorities by collaboration with colleagues across departments
• Ensuring a strategic and professional approach to sourcing using excellent negotiation skills
• Securing compliance through IWAY and the Code of Conduct
• Continuously monitoring the supplier market and providing input to business owners
• Implementing and communicating procurement strategies/category plans
• Ensuring added value and relevant solutions to meet customers' needs

• Bilingual in French and English
• 3-5 years of experience from a multinational company working in cross functional teams
• Project Procurement and Construction Contracting experience
• Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana (preferred)
• Strong knowledge in sourcing and procurement practices and related processes
• Strong negotiation skills
• Financial knowledge
• Legal knowledge
• Supplier management and supplier development knowledge
• Good knowledge of project management methods & processes
• Knowledge of cost drivers, the value chain, and industry and market-specific conditions for Category
• Good knowledge of IKEA business model, the strategic landscape and IKEA ways of working

Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana
