Purchaser

• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including suppliers, production supervisors, order processing, sales, and customer service—to ensure timely availability of goods
• Order Management: Process purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules, and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Supplier Sourcing: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate new suppliers, products, and services for cost and quality improvements
• Inventory Oversight: Work with the receiving team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
• Data & Documentation: Keep procurement records current by updating vendor information, pricing, and purchase orders

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Effective negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
