Job Responsibility:

  • Debit Balance and Aged Items resolution
  • Provide back-up to SOX controls
  • Work on the Process Improvement Projects
  • Follow up, investigation and resolution of discrepancies in cooperation with teams and local business
  • Preparation of reports and analyses related to PTP activities
  • End to end PTP process supervision and driving improvements of processes
  • Providing an excellent communication feedback in a polite and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Finance, Accounting and/or Purchasing department
  • Strong understanding of the General Ledger and Balance Sheet
  • Proficient skills with PowerPoint and Excel such as tables, charts, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Fluency in English spoken and written, B2 or higher
  • Good time management skills
  • Analytical skills and good attention to detail
  • Customer oriented personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach focused on problem solving
  • Team player with out-of-the-box thinking

Nice to have:

  • Fluency in another European language (preferred)
  • Knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable or PTP (preferred)
