Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase & Sales Specialist to join a team in Linwood, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee the complete order lifecycle, ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial inquiries to delivery coordination. This is an onsite Contract to permanent employment opportunity, offering an excellent chance to grow within the organization while contributing to sales and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotes tailored to customer needs
  • Process sales orders efficiently and ensure accuracy throughout all stages
  • Issue invoices and verify all relevant documentation for seamless transactions
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and prepare shipping-related documentation, including Bills of Lading
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
  • Monitor and report on sales and operational performance metrics
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales and operations team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or sales operations
  • Proficiency in processing purchase orders and managing purchasing activities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Familiarity with merchant services and sales order management systems
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to coordinate deliveries and prepare shipping documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in environments that require attention to detail and a business casual dress code
