P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger on a full-time, temporary basis located in Stowmarket.

Job Responsibility

  • Process supplier invoices accurately
  • Match invoices to purchase orders where required
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Maintain accurate supplier records
  • Assist with month-end tasks as required
  • File and maintain purchase ledger documents
  • Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

  • Previous purchase ledger or accounts payable experience
  • AAT qualified desirable
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
