We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our finance team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with experience in purchase ledger and accounts data entry, who is comfortable working with accounting software and has strong communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately input purchase ledger and accounts data into the accounting system
Match, batch, and code invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Answer telephone queries in a professional and proactive manner
Requirements:
