Job Description

Reporting to the Account Office Manager, your duties will include: Invoice runs; Order amendments; Credit checks; Opening new customer accounts; Processing directs; Part-time credit control; Inputting purchase invoices. Essentials for the job: Previous Accounts experience is essential – preferably covering both purchase ledger and credit control. Demonstrable experience of self-motivation when working to deadlines that require accuracy. Good IT skills – including Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial – Sage 500 would be excellent. Fantastic communication skills.
