Job Responsibility:
Posting Purchase invoices in both Xero and Dear
Processing cheques weekly
Supplier and customer account reconciliation
Bank reconciliation of payments in Xero
Helping out at month end with sending out sales invoices both email and post
Adhoc tasks to support the Finance manager
Requirements:
Proficiency with financial systems and software like Xero and Microsoft 365
Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and data entry skills
A high level of precision to ensure accuracy in financial data
Experience with purchase ledger
