  • Driving revenue growth by selling the full suite of Taboola products with a cohesive, strategic value proposition.
  • Developing repeatable and scalable sales processes to unlock long-term growth in the Brazilian publisher market.
  • Senior Leadership of Existing Publisher Relationships: Providing executive-level oversight and strategic direction for all existing publisher partnerships in Brazil.
  • Partnering closely with the Account Management Team Lead and Account Managers to set relationship strategy, support escalations, and drive revenue expansion.
  • Acting as a senior sponsor for top-tier publisher partners, managing high-level conversations and long-term planning.

  • Representing the Brazilian publisher market internally, sharing insights, opportunities, and needs with Product and leadership.
  • Guiding account teams on strategic opportunities and partner development, even though there is no separate sales team under this role.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Analyzing publisher performance, revenue trends, and data insights to proactively improve results.
  • Maintaining strong commercial discipline through thoughtful pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Using strong analytical and operational skills to inform decision-making across both new business and existing partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including: Publisher sales or digital media sales in a quota-carrying role
  • Account management or client services experience with digital publishers
  • Structuring, negotiating, and closing complex publisher deals
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, managing sales or account teams.
