Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company! As a Publisher Director, Sales & Account Management on the Publisher Enterprise team in our Sao Paulo, Brazil Office, you’ll play a vital role in leading our publisher growth strategy exclusively in the Brazilian market. This is a strategic, entrepreneurial leadership role for someone who excels in driving new business, building deep partnerships, and setting the long-term strategy for Brazil’s publisher ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of premium Brazilian publishers through market research, outbound prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Leading the entire sales cycle: discovery, proposal creation, pitch meetings, revenue modeling, and contract negotiation.
  • Driving revenue growth by selling the full suite of Taboola products with a cohesive, strategic value proposition.
  • Developing repeatable and scalable sales processes to unlock long-term growth in the Brazilian publisher market.
  • Senior Leadership of Existing Publisher Relationships: Providing executive-level oversight and strategic direction for all existing publisher partnerships in Brazil.
  • Partnering closely with the Account Management Team Lead and Account Managers to set relationship strategy, support escalations, and drive revenue expansion.
  • Acting as a senior sponsor for top-tier publisher partners, managing high-level conversations and long-term planning.
  • Ensuring successful partner launches, performance optimization, and strong ongoing alignment with publisher goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborating with global teams, including Product Marketing, Product and R&D, to support launches, resolve challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Representing the Brazilian publisher market internally, sharing insights, opportunities, and needs with Product and leadership.
  • Guiding account teams on strategic opportunities and partner development, even though there is no separate sales team under this role.
  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Analyzing publisher performance, revenue trends, and data insights to proactively improve results.
  • Maintaining strong commercial discipline through thoughtful pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Using strong analytical and operational skills to inform decision-making across both new business and existing partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including: Publisher sales or digital media sales in a quota-carrying role
  • Account management or client services experience with digital publishers
  • Structuring, negotiating, and closing complex publisher deals
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, managing sales or account teams.
  • Demonstrated success in both new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue data and identify trends.
  • Deep understanding of Brazil’s digital publisher ecosystem, ad monetization, web technologies, and analytics.
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with strong attention to detail.
  • Portuguese and English required
  • Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Existing relationships with major Brazilian publishers, especially top ComScore-ranked sites.
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or mobile app monetization.
  • Prior exposure to Brazil’s digital media landscape and publisher operating models.
What we offer:
