Job Description:

As a Publisher Content Reviewer on the Publisher Operations team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in protecting the integrity and quality of Taboola’s global publisher network. You’ll lead the content review domain, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across diverse markets. This is your opportunity to shape scalable review systems, influence business-critical decisions, and help keep the internet a trustworthy space for millions of users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and continuously optimize the Publisher Content Review processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Serve as the domain owner ensuring alignment between content review and business goals
  • Manage pre-review and First Day of Revenue (FDOR) queues, maintaining SLAs for quality and timeliness
  • Act as the primary liaison with cross-functional teams and handle complex escalations
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions on content policies and workflows for internal teams
  • Maintain the official knowledge base and process documentation for the global review function

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content operations, trust & safety, or policy-driven environments
  • Ability to own, optimize, and drive large-scale departmental processes
  • Skill in making quick, fact-based decisions within policy “grey areas.”
  • Proven ability to lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong focus on process management, efficiency, and ensuring Business Continuity
