Job Description:

Your core mission is to drive Sparteo's growth in North America by acquiring, developing, and managing strategic publisher partnerships. You will collaborate across teams to deliver measurable business outcomes that align with our international expansion goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Publisher Acquisition: Strategically Target Publishers: Identify and pursue small to medium-sized web publishers across North America to build a robust portfolio of long-term partners
  • Build Trust & Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, leveraging Sparteo’s solutions to effectively demonstrate our value proposition and secure new partnerships
  • Build Market Presence & Network: Represent Sparteo: Identify relevant industry events, participate in conferences, and lead in-person meetings to build our brand and grow your professional network
  • Scale Publisher Relationships for Impact: Ensure a Seamless Handover: Work closely with our Onboarding Specialists and Customer Account Managers post-acquisition to ensure a smooth transition and set our new partners up for long-term success with our platforms (like Actirise and Viously)
  • Create Business Outcomes: Achieve Revenue Goals: Align your partnership strategies with Sparteo’s overarching objectives for revenue growth and market penetration in North America
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our internal product, analytics, and support teams to ensure a seamless publisher experience and deliver measurable results
  • Develop Market Expertise: Stay Informed on Market Trends: Keep up-to-date with North American web publishing trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics
  • Be the Voice of the Market: Provide actionable feedback and insights from the North American market to inform Sparteo’s product and commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in adtech business development, with an established network of small to medium-sized web publishers in the Canada/US region
  • Deep expertise in managing B2B sales cycles and a strong ability to negotiate effectively
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to build and present compelling commercial strategies
