Job Description

We are looking for someone to drive Publisher Alliance & Success, focusing on building strong publisher partnerships, optimising performance, and driving revenue growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Onboard, manage, and grow publisher partnerships across verticals
  • Drive publisher activation and scale revenue
  • Work closely with brands to align campaigns and offers
  • Track, analyse, and optimise performance (CPS, CPA, ROI)
  • Build strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement with publishers
  • Identify new publishers, traffic sources, and monetisation opportunities
  • Manage campaign execution, delivery, and issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / partnerships
  • Hands-on experience managing publishers and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of traffic, conversions, and monetisation
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach

  • Assess development and support needs, assume accountability for extensive design initiatives, and play an essential role in delivering successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate directly with business data stewards, analysts, engineers, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and shape the objectives of enterprise data solutions
  • Lead a high-performing, centralized team of engineers, analysts, and QA engineers, developing solutions that address the complete data lifecycle management needs of our enterprise data platforms
