As a Publisher Account Manager on the Monetization Operations team in our Beijing Office, you’ll play a vital role in being the growth engine for our top China-based outbound publishers. You will act as a consultant to deepen strategic partnerships, ensuring successful implementation of our monetization solutions while driving value through data-driven optimization. You will use your expertise to build long-term, stable partnerships that help publishers maximize their global reach and engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day relationships with top China outbound publishers to build long-term, stable partnerships
Act as a consultant and growth engine for clients, matching their business needs with effective growth strategies
Use rigorous data analysis to proactively identify optimization opportunities and increase clients’ ad revenue
Lead Regular Business Reviews (QBRs) to present partnership results and propose actionable improvements
Coordinate with global Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver customized solutions for high-value clients
Become a Taboola platform expert, providing professional consultancy to help clients navigate our monetization features
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in AdTech, with a focus on Publisher/App developers’ monetization BD or account management roles
Deep knowledge of monetization ecosystems such as AdSense, in-app models, or working with content/utility/gaming developers or OEM partners
Professional fluency in English, capable of using it as a daily working language with our global teams
Strong data sensitivity and the ability to use rigorous analysis to identify revenue optimization opportunities
Experience in multinational companies, with the ability to advance projects across internal engineering and product teams
Nice to have:
Specific experience supporting China outbound developers in utility, gaming, or OEM sectors
Background in strategic sales or business development within the programmatic advertising space
