Our Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel's lobby and other public areas. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and ensures that all public spaces are clean, welcoming, and reflect the high standards of our hotel.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, corridors, restrooms, and other public areas
Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows to ensure a pristine appearance
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues in public restrooms
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager or relevant department
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Perform deep cleaning tasks in public areas as required
Participate in housekeeping meetings and training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
