Job Description:

Under minimum supervision, the 9920 Public Service Aide, Assistant to Professionals assists in the performance of a variety of duties related to the functions of the assigned departmental unit; carries out complex tasks on a limited basis in direct support of professional level personnel; may be responsible for researching and compiling data; assists in the preparation of related reports and documents; assists in the implementation of programs and assists in various administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Completed at least 30 Semester units (45 Quarter units) in an accredited college or university
  • OR high school graduates who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Must submit a completed job application
  • Must attach proof of college transcripts (official or unofficial) or other proof of current college enrollment
