We are hiring a Public Sector Partner Marketing Contractor to join a top consulting firm in their Washington, DC office.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute public sector partner marketing and co-marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Own GTM planning and execution for partner-led and partner-influenced campaigns across public sector segments
  • Manage demand generation initiatives, including integrated campaigns, events, and partner activations
  • Support and nurture emerging ISV partnerships, including those in the AI and technology space
  • Plan and execute partner events, field marketing initiatives, and customer engagement programs
  • Serve as a client-facing marketing partner, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Analyze campaign and partner performance, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Create clear, compelling presentations and reporting to communicate results, strategy, and impact
  • Leverage data visualization and project management tools to track performance, manage workflows, and communicate progress
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and partner teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution
  • Optimize partner experience across the public sector ecosystem through process improvements and strategic enablement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B public sector partner marketing, co-marketing, sales channel marketing, or a related role
  • Proven experience working with technology partners and public sector clients (federal, state, local, NGO, or non-profit)
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding pipeline goals and driving revenue growth through partner marketing initiatives
  • Experience supporting or nurturing ISV partnerships
  • exposure to AI-focused partnerships is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and GTM strategy within B2B environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Miro, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, Tableau)
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Trello, Asana, Airtable, SharePoint)
