Administrator - Probation Service (Birmingham). Are you organised, detail-focused, and confident working with systems and data? We're looking for a proactive Administrator to join the Probation Service in Birmingham, supporting vital work that makes a real difference. This is a computer-based administrative role where you'll manage a central mailbox, receiving appointment information from prisons and accurately processing and uploading this data across a range of systems. You'll also liaise with external providers, confirming attendance where required, so strong communication skills are key. This is a great opportunity to build your administrative experience within a supportive team and a respected public service organisation.
