Job Description:

Based in Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Cologne, you will manage and grow relationships with key public sector accounts, including cities and municipalities, municipal utilities, local authorities, state and federal authorities, universities, churches and NGOs. You will focus on enterprise customers and leverage existing partnerships while driving new opportunities within the established market. This is a senior sales role with real impact, combining account management, new business development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Own and manage the full sales cycle for public sector customers, including navigating procurement processes, responding to tenders, and conducting high-level demos of Keepit’s SaaS solution
Build and strengthen trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers in ministries, agencies, and other public institutions to position Keepit as their go-to partner
Systematically manage your pipeline and forecast accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis
Collaborate with the Regional Partner Manager to leverage the established partner ecosystem for the public sector in Germany
Identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory to grow Keepit’s footprint in the public sector
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and smooth deal execution

Requirements:

Proven track record in enterprise sales within the public sector
Strong experience engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating complex decision-making processes
Experience with data protection, backup, or SaaS/IT infrastructure solutions is a plus
Skilled at building long-term, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work in a fast-growing scale-up environment
Fluent in German and English
