To work with the Director of Public Relations and Marketing on generating awareness of the resort through all media and social media outlets; including a strong focus on rooms feeder markets and local awareness; and assist in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations plan. Focus on the resort website, and the development of a resort e-Newsletter and all electronic marketing tools.
Job Responsibility:
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Working with the Director of Public Relations and Marketing in designing and initial proofreading a variety of ROOMS/Catering/FB/SPA & Wellness/Guest Experience promotional and marketing materials
Provide reply to templates for online guest comments and can support customized reply to complicated guest comments/complaints
File and update press database, digital library, and press clippings
Review the online content in media announcements and media kits via fs.com and make sure it is the most updated information in PR for Commercial usage
Working closely with all the departments, and primarily, you'll be required to focus on developing an effective plans that can help attract a specific kind of target audience
Create innovative publicity programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the resort, its spa, culinary programs, services, and personnel
Measure and provide reports on each PR campaign
Maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and targeted editorial pitch plan, focused on key feeder markets for both the group and leisure segments
Maintain professional relationships with media to support achieving the goals outlined in the PR plan, including the distribution of targeted media releases, media kits, pitches, and other PR related material
Assist in the development and execution of an annual PR plan as an integral part of resort marketing plan, based on guidelines given in the annual plan instructions, including a PR roadmap, segment strategies, and key PR initiatives
Update and maintain property website within the corporate standards, and maintain current image library and video footage to maximize media coverage
Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, direct mail pieces, and collateral are in keeping with Four Seasons image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
Has a working knowledge of Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
