Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing software development and integration projects, preferably in the public sector
Strong understanding of public sector governance, compliance, and procurement
Familiarity with digital government frameworks and open data principles
Experience with e-government platforms, interoperability and public markets
Knowledge of EU regulations (e.g., SDGr, GDPR, Data Governance Act)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is an asset
