  • Policy Development: Shape and align policy positions in collaboration with internal teams including legal, communications, functional policy, and product teams, translating complex regulatory challenges into actionable strategy
  • Coalition Building: Build and lead coalitions with industry partners, trade associations, think tanks, academic institutions, and civil society organisations to advance Meta's policy goals — in particular with regard to innovation-friendly regulation and simplification of EU frameworks
  • Regulatory Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor and anticipate legislative and regulatory developments affecting Meta in France, advising the company on risks and opportunities
  • Industry & Ecosystem Engagement: Engage at C-level with key French industry players, positioning Meta as a thought leader on technology, AI, and innovation, and converting industry partnerships into political and regulatory outcomes
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Meta — including product, engineering, legal, communications, and trust & safety — to ensure policy positions reflect product realities and regulatory requirements
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Public Policy team in France, enabling team members to thrive and deliver against strategic objectives
  • External Communications: Communicate Meta's positions at public events, conferences, and with media as appropriate
