Job Description:

Douglas Scott is seeking a professional with upward of 3PQE to join a corporate team focusing on Public M&A. Responsibilities include public takeovers, M&A deals for listed companies, and advisory work for clients across various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Working on public takeovers
handling M&A deals for listed companies
providing listed company advisory work
working with clients across sectors such as energy/infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, and healthcare

Requirements:

Upwards of 3PQE
experience working on public takeovers
experience with M&A deals for listed companies
listed company advisory experience
UK experience preferred
candidates from Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa considered with strong public M&A experience
