Douglas Scott is seeking a Public M&A Lawyer to join a leading M&A team in London, with a focus on public takeovers and advisory work for listed companies across sectors like energy and healthcare. This position is located in Abu Dhabi with a salary of £130,000 annually.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on public takeovers
  • manage M&A deals for listed companies
  • provide listed company advisory work for clients in sectors such as energy/infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, healthcare

Requirements:

  • Upwards of 3PQE in M&A
  • strong public M&A experience
  • UK experience preferred
  • candidates from Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa considered if they have strong public M&A experience
