Join one of the leading M&A teams in London, working on public takeovers, M&A deals for listed companies, and providing advisory work for clients in various sectors. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires expertise in Public M&A.

Job Responsibility:

Working on public takeovers
managing M&A deals for listed companies
providing listed company advisory work for clients in sectors such as energy, infrastructure, financial services, retail & consumer, healthcare

Requirements:

3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
experience in Public M&A
UK experience or strong Public M&A experience from Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
