Job Description:

You’ll handle your own caseload of Court of Protection (welfare) matters, with the chance to assist on complex cases and grow into education law if that’s of interest. You'll work with vulnerable clients, so empathy and resilience are key.

Requirements:

0–3 years PQE
Experience in Court of Protection (welfare) cases
Passion for public law and client advocacy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
