Job Description

This position sits within the firm’s Public Law and Human Rights team, with a focus on Civil Liberties work. The team handles a wide range of claims against public bodies, including actions against the police and local authorities, inquests, human rights litigation, judicial reviews, and welfare and serious medical treatment cases in the Court of Protection.

Job Responsibility

  • Running your own caseload that will include complex, litigated matter
  • Supervising junior colleagues
  • Getting involved in business development

Requirements

1-5 PQE with previous Public Law and Human Rights experience

  • Salary £47,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
