Job Description

Seeking qualified candidates for Public Health Nurse position with the town of Canton Board of Health Department. This position’s duties include, but are not limited to, promoting and protecting the health of and preventing disease in the town’s population; performing highly responsible professional nursing duties in a variety of public health programs; observing and evaluating the physical and emotional conditions of residents; conducting investigations of communicable diseases; and making home visits. Qualifications: BS in Nursing and one to three years of experience in public or community health nursing or related field. Current RN license required. This position is between 20-40 hours per week and the pay rate is $42.22/hour with room for growth.
