Job Responsibility

  • Provision of technical support for the service management function to resolve more complex issues for a specific client of group of clients
  • Develop the support model and service offering to improve the service to customers and stakeholders
  • Execution of preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software and utilisation of monitoring tools/metrics to identify, prevent and address potential issues and ensure optimal performance
  • Maintenance of a knowledge base containing detailed documentation of resolved cases for future reference, self-service opportunities and knowledge sharing
  • Analysis of system logs, error messages and user reports to identify the root causes of hardware, software and network issues, and providing a resolution to these issues by fixing or replacing faulty hardware components, reinstalling software, or applying configuration changes
  • Automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, business continuity management, front office specific support and stakeholder management
  • Identification and remediation or raising, through appropriate process, of potential service impacting risks and issues
  • Proactively assess support activities implementing automations where appropriate to maintain stability and drive efficiency
  • Actively tune monitoring tools, thresholds, and alerting to ensure issues are known when they occur

Requirements

  • Must have bachelor’s degree
  • AWS SME (Subject Matter Expert) with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing AWS cloud solutions
  • Expertise in core AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance frameworks within AWS environments
  • Proven experience in architecting scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized solutions using AWS Well-Architected Framework
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and provide strategic guidance on migration, modernization, and cloud governance
  • Azure SME (Subject Matter Expert) with 10+ years of experience in architecting and managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments
  • Deep expertise in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Networking, Azure Active Directory, App Services, AKS, and Azure SQL Database
  • Strong understanding of security, identity management, and compliance standards in Azure
  • Experience in designing enterprise-grade solutions, implementing hybrid cloud strategies, and leveraging Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation
  • Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Terraform) and monitoring solutions like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
  • Ability to lead cloud migration projects, optimize costs, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery
