Job Responsibility:

Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
clean glass in public and employee areas
clean floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
dust surfaces in assigned area
empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns
inspect condition of furniture and report damages
clean and maintain lights
post caution signs when necessary
contact other departments for urgent repairs
respond promptly to guest and department requests
identify and report maintenance issues
follow company safety and security policies
complete safety training and certifications
properly store flammable materials
maintain clean and professional appearance
maintain confidentiality
welcome and acknowledge guests
anticipate and address guest service needs
assist individuals with disabilities
support team goals
lift and move objects up to 55 pounds
operate machinery on uneven surfaces
perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and climbing ladders
inspect tools and equipment
stand, sit, kneel or walk for extended periods
perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

No high school diploma or G.E.D. required
no related work experience required
no supervisory experience required
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
ability to follow safety and security policies
ability to communicate clearly
willingness to work part-time schedule
ability to move through confined spaces and stand for extended periods
able to communicate clearly and professionally
strong attention to detail
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
