Job Responsibility

  • Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
  • clean glass in public and employee areas
  • clean floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • dust surfaces in assigned area
  • empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns
  • inspect condition of furniture and report damages
  • clean and maintain lights
  • post caution signs when necessary
  • contact other departments for urgent repairs
  • respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • identify and report maintenance issues
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • properly store flammable materials
  • maintain clean and professional appearance
  • maintain confidentiality
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • support team goals
  • lift and move objects up to 55 pounds
  • operate machinery on uneven surfaces
  • perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and climbing ladders
  • inspect tools and equipment
  • stand, sit, kneel or walk for extended periods

Requirements

  • No high school diploma or G.E.D. required
