Job Description:

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Public Area Attendant for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract).

Job Responsibility:

  • To assist the housekeeping department in maintaining cleanliness of the hotel, in public areas, by performing a variety of assigned routine tasks in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • The public area attendant is responsible for the upkeep and storage for all the cleaning equipment assigned to them
  • Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests
  • acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented
  • To check, clean and restock all public area restrooms and all lobby areas
  • To be responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment
  • To carry out any other cleaning duties as specified by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece
  • Good verbal communication skills in English are essential
