Job Description:

As a Public Area Attendant at 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse - the only Relais & Châteaux properties in London - you are a vital part of the guest experience and the reason our guests return time and time again. Working as part of a close-knit Housekeeping team, you will take pride in maintaining immaculate public spaces throughout the hotel, from early morning through to the evening, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, refined, and memorable environment.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, staircases, lifts, restrooms, and back-of-house areas
Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment while supporting the wider Housekeeping and Operations teams when required
Ensure service areas are kept clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the shift
Ensure all areas consistently reflect the luxury standards of the hotel
