Job Description:

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Spa team as a Public Area Attendant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted
  • Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
  • Removes all trash from areas
  • Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms
  • Makes sure all surfaces are clean
  • Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels
  • Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby
  • Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and leaders

Requirements:

  • Speaking, writing and reading English is required
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn is must
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
