Job Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevators
  • Perform physical cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure comprehensive cleaning coverage
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety standards and protocols
  • Respond flexibly to the operational demands of a 24-hour luxury hotel environment
  • Ensure unexpected details are identified and addressed to uphold guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
