Job Description:

Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of Housekeeping operations by maintaining public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of Housekeeping operations by maintaining public areas, stocking supplies, and assisting Room Attendants to ensure guest areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
  • Supports cleanliness standards by vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and ensuring all surfaces and fixtures are maintained to Four Seasons standards
  • Adds special touches to public and service areas to enhance the guest experience, such as ensuring guest-facing areas are consistently tidy, stocked, and well presented
  • Assists with deep-cleaning tasks and projects as assigned
  • Assists in preparing floors and service areas for arriving guests, ensuring all supplies, linen, and amenities are fully stocked for the day's arrivals and service schedules
  • Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant, Turndown Attendant, and Room Attendant

Requirements:

  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • This location and this job require applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.
