  • Responsible for completing their guest-room task assignment daily, responding to guest requests and inquiries, reporting maintenance issues, collecting and labeling lost and found items, and responding to the requests of team leaders
  • Completes deep clean projects (as assigned)
  • Ensures that all assigned areas, which may include: hallways, pool area, video room, banquet spaces, stairways, public bathrooms, public areas, lobby area, elevators, elevator landings, fitness center, linen closets, hallways, vending machines, and outdoor walkways are cleaned daily in accordance to Knott's Berry Farm standards
  • Works with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS)
  • Uses cleaning equipment in accordance with the departmental safety guidelines
  • Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
  • Completes any other projects as assigned by supervision
